Mrs. Ursula Bosenberg, owner of the Fazenda Santo Antônio in the Mogiana region of
Brazil and from the COOXUPÉ Coffee Cooperative, received a cash award from STARBUCKS in May 2021.

coffee is sustainably grown and processed, Ms. Ursula's Coffee Farm has
started to supply coffee to STRABUCKS through COOXUPÉ. This achievement is a
merit that proves it is possible to produce quality coffee according to the standards of the largest
coffee shop network in the world.
Ms. Ursula thanks STARBUCKS for the award, COOXUPÉ for the p artnership and
is proud of the recognition, which acknowledges WOMAN's work in coffee production
and emphasizes that "it strengthens us to continue to produce high quality coffee while respecting
sustainability". Ms. Ursula shares that she has passed on part of the bonus to
to the employees to thank them for their daily efforts in farming, harvesting and post-harvesting,
